Order, Ship, and Manage From The Cloud

We built these tools for our customer success team and use them internally.

At any time, digital health devices can be ordered for delivery to a patient's residence or a practice location

Built-in tracking updates let you know delivery status until the package arrives. Insurance, signature delivery, and SMS/Apple push notification delivery also available.

Devices can come pre-configured with a patient's HeartCloud account or left blank (for assigning to a patient at a later time)

Once a patient receives their device, it works out of the box. At that point, our platform contains all the tools you need to configure, assign, return, re-assign devices with ease.

Need to return a device? No problem. Our app offers the ability to mail a physical package with a return label, e-mailing a digital return label, or scheduling a pickup from a patient's residence.

Our platform automatically generates richly detailed, medically accurate text sourced from each patient’s measurements during each 30-day billing cycle for remote patient monitoring (CPT codes 99454, 99457, and 99458), or 72-hour billing cycles for continuous glucose monitoring (CPT codes 95249, 95259, 95251).

Built-in notifications for out-of-range measurements can be delivered over SMS and/or Apple Push Notifications Service.
