HeartCloud For Health Practices

Notifications

Needles In Haystacks

Instead of sifting through volumes of data to find worrisome readings, HeartCloud For Health Practices lets clinicians get Apple push notifications or SMS alerts immediately when a systolic and/or diastolic value in a blood pressure reading violates a pre-set threshold.

For all patients or on a per-patient basis, notification thresholds can also be sent during scheduled hours to one or more phone numbers. This flexibility and timeliness lets clinicians respond more proactively to real-world patient data.
